We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be requested by contacting us first. Return address will be provided after return approval.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:

European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
